Artex is a leading manufacturer of home furnishing accessories - mouldings, covings, ceiling roses and so on.

Plum's task in this project was to rebrand this range of ceiling roses through the packaging.

 

Our approach was to focus the buyer on the core values of the product itself, by including a window in the packaging together with a no-nonsense description of exactly what it does.

 

The result of our work was a shift in buyers' perceptions of Artex as a 'low grade' brand, towards thinking about these products as practical and effective, yet contemporary and aspirational.
