Persimmon Homes is one of the largest property developers in the country.

Our brief was to produce a corporate identity, sales brochure and signage for a new riverside apartment development in Bath.

Plum's angle was to blend classical and contemporary themes that would appeal to Persimmon's mature target market. We set these against the naturally beautiful backdrop of Bath with a range of photos taken around the city.

We also liaised with the architects and planners to draw up a set of attractive plans of the properties.

The client was extremely happy with the results, although sadly for Plum - and happily for Persimmon - all the properties were sold by the time our work came back from the printers!
