The Urban Design Group is a London-based charity which promotes urban design values within our towns and cities.

Plum was commissioned to create a new website for the organisation, fostering a stronger sense of community among architects, planners and the general public - and of course attracting new members.

Our approach was to create a site that was heavily information and resource-based, but also visually attractive and easy to use.

The site uses our own in-house Matchbox content management software, which enables the UDG team to easily update and add to the pages on the site.

We also created a promotional flier to support the site and encourage new members to join.

The new site attracts over 10,000 hits every month, and is a real hit with the urban design community. It has a thriving discussion area, as well as offering regular news, information about events and more.
