PacketExchange is a leading provider of network services. That is, they 'make the internet'. PacketExchange's own clients include Microsoft, Yahoo and Telewest.
The company approached Plum to add content management facilities to their website, and make a number of usability improvements along the way. |
|

We won this pitch on the basis of Matchbox, our popular website management software. We created a custom edition to meet the needs of PacketExchange's website, and implemented so that the team would be able to edit just about everything on the site via the admin interface.
We also implemented a wide range of usability improvements, particular in the working of the navigation. And helped the client to formulate copy explaining often complex technical issues to non-technical company directors. |
|

The result is an extremely fast, smooth and intuitive site, which the client can update quickly and easily. The PacketExchange team didn't even need training on how to use Matchbox!
